My first Wordpress theme

It's fast, it's mobile first, and it's free for you to use and reuse.

I’ve just cut my very own WordPress theme, called Adventurer. After a few weeks in development it’s stable enough for a first release, and I’ve created a new repository on GitHub to house the source code.

When it comes to web projects, I’ve always found that learning-by-doing works best for me. Getting this far has taken plenty of rooting around in the WordPress Codex, inspiration from other excellent projects like Bones and WP-Bootstrap, and a healthy dose of trial and error.

I’ve deliberately kept this theme simple, and I hope lots of people will find it useful. Thoughts, feedback and suggestions for new features are all very welcome!
