Here are a few tools to kick start life after Windows.


Turns out making the switch from Windows to OS X was far easier than I expected. Yes, half the keyboard is in the wrong place - but it’s remarkable how quickly muscle memory adapts. My iTunes and Lightroom libraries opened first time. And the retina display really is a treat.

Although lots of today’s applications are cross-platform or live in the browser, I have had to find replacements for a few of the tools I’ve come to rely on over the years. Here are some of my favourites so far:
